Yes call them, they are great and food is fantastic!
Geraldo's dining experience was very pleasant. It was a cozy atmosphere with a very attentive staff. The food was everything we expected, fresh ingredients and pasta cook to perfection. We'll definitely come back!
We had pizza. First if all, let me say I'm not usually a fan. But this was full of farm to table veg., some fresh some fresh roasted, goat cheese, and just a few pepperoni. It. Was. Amazeballs!!
The food is great the Italian sauce spaghetti sauce and really good shrimp scampi is great we had the muscles black mussels in the sauce on them was fabulous the best I've had since I left New York Little Italy
We had just driven 10 hours and it was about 8:30 pm and we were hungry. We called to order takeout and Alicia made great recommendations. The pizza was awesome and calamari was light and flaky. SO GOOD! I would drive 10 hours just to eat there again!
They have wonderful options there for vegetarians as well as vegan and Gluten Free options too...
Appetizers: veal meatballs and minestrone soup - both hearty dishes, well balanced and made fresh that morning.Meal: try their spinach ravioli and Tuscan salad - the ravioli were cooked in white wine sauce - delish! The tuscan salad is a meal with all you need for that day: greens, veggies, candied pecans, dried cherries, sliced apple in a light dressing that pulled it all together. The appetizer dishes came with rustic (minestrone) and buttered garlic bread (meatballs). It all came to $57.00 for both my wife and I on a Sunday evening dinner.Waitress was professional and the kitchen was fast. We'll be back for more soon.
Wow! Best pizza in Arizona! Honestly better than most pizzas in Italy too 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
We loved this little place! They had amazing lobster ravioli and the food was amazing!! Cute little small restaurant set back from the main road which is really nice. Worth going to!!
The restaurant is tucked away and we only went because we had a coupon. I had the ravioli in white wine sauce. My husband had the chicken parmesan. Both dishes were tasty with reasonable portion sizes and the service was good. Although everything was good, it is not a place we would visit again. Simply a personal preference and nothing against the restaurant. I just did not care for their version of Italian food.
The pizza was amazing! The service was fantastic and the atmosphere was perfect. If you are looking for a nice spot for dinner that isn't pretentious but is still a little classy, this is your spot. I will definitely be back.
Delicious food.. the pizza crust is amazing. The eggplant rotini tastes amazing. The service is great, very nice people. I highly recommend this place. 👍🏻
Entrance can be found on the side of the building and opens up to their patio area. Due to the pandemic they have reduced capacity so make a reservation if you can. The service was very friendly and the food was amazing! My favorite was the prosciutto and arugula pizza with fresh burrata on top. To die for!
Fantastic place, great food and service. Waitress was very helpful, great suggestions too. Only issue was we got seated next to door leading to patio, everytime somebody went in or out cold air rushes in it was freezing! Maybe put a heater out there to help with the cold. We will go back but ask for a better table.
One night in Sedona and needed some where to have dinner. I found Gerardos using Google search and am thankful I did. Best Italian I have had in years and the owner/head chef is amazing. We got app, meal and dessert. Hands down the best.
We really loved this place. Cozy, friendly and fantastic food. Everything we tried was wonderful. Especially the cannolis. Yum!
I have only a handful of restaurants I would give 5 stars, and this is on of them. The food is cooked to perfection. The bread is so delicious you can't stop eating it. My dish had artichoke hearts, an abundance of mushrooms, al dente pasta, all topped with a delicious tomato sauce. And our server was very attentive to all our needs. You can't go wrong when the the chef is also the owner.
By far the best Italian food I have ever had! Don't hesitate and just go delicious worth the wait i had the shrimp scampi melts in your mouth also try the ginger mules delicious!
Absolute best food I’ve ever had. Family owned and Gerardo himself made our meals. We are so beyond grateful for this place.
Excellent service, I was seated right away although they were a busy time. It is a small intimate space. Server was wonderful she was very nice and sweet. Food was amazing I would definitely come back here.
Amazing service, beautiful atmosphere. The calimari and tiramisu were the best I've ever had.
Magnifico There isn’t anything that is not made with great careInformal dining Dogs allowed on patio
Can't wait to try once Covid is over Please try , all if good "EatStreets"
The calamari is fresh and a must have dish. The lasagna was amazing too.
I can not thank the entire kitchen and wait staff for an over the top fantastic meal this evening. Our favorite place to visit every time we come to Sedona. Thank you again for an excellent meal.
$30 for a margarita pizza and a big Ceasar salad bowl. Good for two people. The place is quiet and nice. Great service and their pizza is so delicious. They make their own dressing for the salad. Would definitely come back. Great place for families, friends and even dates I would say.
Great service! We both ordered small pizzas, and they were good. Crust could have benefited from a little salt, other than that it was excellent. Social distancing was observed. We did have quite a wait, but it was a holiday weekend.
The Pizza and Calzones are the things to order. The chef knows how to use the wood fired oven. Flavors were spot on!
I have been coming up to Sedona from Phoenix since I was a little girl, at least 40 years. I try to go to different restaurants each time I visit, but I also have favorite places, so little time... I believe I have found a new favorite place!! I was on a girls trip and we were looking for a place to have a late dinner. Gerardo's is tucked in, but search for it because it is so worth it! Our wonderfully attentive waitress suggested the appetizer with eggplant, peppers, etc. It was fabulous! It came with wood fired sourdough bread too, we had a hard time putting our forks down! Then we split a calzone...Wow! It was so delicious! We took our leftovers home and they were excellent the next day. Even though we were pretty full, we just had to try their creme brulee. Yet another delicious item! Cannot wait to return. I will bring my hungry men back with me next time.
I was blown away at Gerardo’s generosity and kindness. The restaurant was nicely lit and super cozy. I had the pizza and the staff did a spectacular job to make the pizza the best it could be. I especially loved the homemade sausage. I was super thirsty when I walked in, once I tried the water I was so amazed. The water was purified and delicious. I will be definitely coming back! Thanks so much, Gerardo!
Our small wedding reception is on the patio of this spectacular restaurant. The food is absolutely outstanding, everything is fresh , priced reasonable, and even some entrees gluten free. However, the overall ambience and warmth we felt it was meant the most to us when choosing our wedding meal. The owner and staff are incredibly professional , friendly, and hospitable. You will not go wrong when dining here.
Ordered the mussels for an appetizer, was absolutely phenomenal. It was done in a garlic butter sauce super good. Then we had chicken parmesan and their ravioli with veal meatballs (their special for the day). Everything has fresh ingredients and they put alot of them into their dishes. Highly recommend it was very good!
This place was a very pleasant surprise. Polite staff, and killer food. We had the Sedona white pizza, with the calamari and the garlic bread appetizers. The marinara and bread were both made in house. Definitely going to return. Very reasonably priced.
Gerardo's will be one of our new favorite restaurants. The food was perfect. It was served quickly and hot. Each dish was perfect as described. The deserts left us walking home wishing we had eaten less. The service was great. Just enough attention and helpful recommendations from the menu.
Love the atmosphere. We have eaten outside twice and reminds us of Italy. Staff is very pleasant
This place was magnificent. The food and the service were impeccable. My family really enjoyed this nice comfortable Italian restaurant. Not a big place but the food was plenty big.
We had to wait for 30 min, sitting could be organized much better. Food was amazing!! Service was great. Patio is great for the evening
A very nice treat in Sedona. All appropriate steps taken for dining in this weird corona limbo. The service was great, the patio perfect for an Al fresco dinner. The ravioli and pappardelle & meatballs were excellent. Very good wine list
Got the chicken parm, marg pizza, and meat lovers pizza and it was not very good at all. Mediocre at best, would never come back. Every thing was very bland. They must not try anything before they put it out which is pretty lazy of the cooks
The renovation done during closing very nice the food was a delight found my spot
Incredible! Some of the best Italian food I've ever had. The meat lovers pizza Is awesome. The chicken parmesan is super moist and the ravioli is superb! All desserts were great. If you're visiting Sedona, please come here.
Always great food, genuinely friendly staff, and even right now with take-out only, this is one of our FAVORITE places in Northern AZ! Can't wait until we can sit on their gorgeous patio again!
Very good Italian food. I love locally owned restaurants like this. Very friendly staff. I highly recommend the wood fired pizzas
Same great quality menu. Stylish and welcoming new digs. I Loved the service at the bar! I ordered, "The Palmador," pizza with chicken, spinach, red pepper, feta, olives and a delightful buttery thin crust. My friends both had the Salmon Picotta. They both raved about the twist on a chicken classic. One of my friends appreciates the gluten free noodles option. I had to have some of the noodles for myself. I am enchanted and can't wait to come back for the whole meal. The 2020 Gerardo's upgrade gets all my 🌟's.
Best place for a cozy meal. So worth it. Been here twice. Small place but much better than eating downtown sedona. Wish I could give 8 stars
I sat at the bar because of how crowed it was. Turned out to be a great choice. I could watch everything being made in the kitchen. I ordered the "mama Pearl's Florentine raviolis", amazing. They also had subtle live acoustic guitar.
Good authentic Italian food. Homemade pastas. Lots of wine choices. I had the lasagna which was $22. My wife had the shrimp scampi which was $24. The food was cooked to order and very fresh. Both were very good, but I thought the lasagna was a little bland. We had to ask for bread, but it was also home made and fresh. About 6 beers on tap which were $8. Had both indoor and outdoor seating. It's a small place that gets pretty noisy at times, but has nice atmosphere. Wait staff was excellent and very attentive. The limoncello Tiaramasu was excellent.
Just had a delicious curbside pick up that we ate at sunset park, sedona. Yummy pizzas, calzone and homemade ravioli... and I love the reusable pizza boxes. Super fresh ingredients and delicious flavors.
Just went here for pizza and salad, but it was sooo good! Simple salad had artichoke hearts, roasted peppers and kalamata olives, pizza had great prosciutto. Everything else we saw there looked delicious. Had the chocolate hazelnut tiramisu for dessert and it was delicious. Very friendly service, family run business, with an inviting patio. Will definitely return next time we're in Sedona.
The friendly greeting, the kind staff, and the delicious food make this a must visit. The portion sizes do not disappoint, and the delectable meat and cheeses in the calzone are a treat. The blood orange sorbet was a terrific palette cleanser and a great way to end our dining experience. You are all wonderful!
Great food! The shrimp scampi was delightfully creamy, with the roasted lemon cutting the butter perfectly, and the garlic and pine nuts adding a savory nutty texture. The veal meatballs were super tender and melted in your mouth; you could definitely tell the pasta was freshly made. The house-made tiramisu had a bit too much cream but was still tasty. Great Italian food - would love to visit again.
